This Privacy Policy explains how Mistletoe Construction LLC ("Mistletoe Construction," "we," "us"), located at 595 E Third St, Riddle, Oregon 97469, handles personal information collected through our website at mistletoeconstruction.com and in the course of providing roofing and construction services. The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to you and do the work, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to show it to you, fix it, or delete it at any time.
What we collect
- Contact form information. When you request an estimate through our contact form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and your message.
- Communications. If you call, text, or email us, we keep a record of those communications so we can follow up on your project.
- Website analytics. If we use website analytics, they may collect basic technical information such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location (city level). We do not use this data to identify you personally.
- Client portal account data. If you have a client portal account, we store your login email and information related to your projects and membership.
Why we collect it
- Responding to estimate requests and scheduling inspections.
- Providing roofing, construction, and maintenance services you've asked for.
- Administering our Home Care Membership — scheduling visits, sending reminders, and keeping service records.
- Meeting legal, insurance, licensing, and tax obligations that apply to Oregon contractors.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to lead brokers, not to anyone.
- We do not share your information beyond service providers who help us run the business (for example, email and website hosting). Those providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
- We do not send spam. If you contact us about an estimate, we reply about your estimate.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as reasonably needed to serve you and to meet legal requirements — for example, Oregon contractor recordkeeping, warranty periods, and tax rules. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting who can access it and using reputable providers for email and hosting. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.
Children
Our website and services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices: access, correction, deletion

We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights — same prices, same service, same handshake.
Oregon Residents (Oregon Consumer Privacy Act)
Under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA), Oregon residents have similar rights: to confirm whether we process your personal data, to access it, to correct inaccuracies, to have it deleted, to obtain a copy, and to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising, but we will honor any OCPA request you submit using the contact methods above. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we'll explain the outcome.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. Continued use of the website after changes means the updated policy applies.
