General Contracting · Douglas County, OR
One licensed contractor for the whole list.
Remodels, additions, repairs, and everything on the someday list — handled by the same family-owned crew that does your roof. Licensed Oregon general contractor, CCB #255729, based right here in Riddle.
What We Take On
The projects that don't fit in one trade.
- Remodels — kitchens, bathrooms, and the rooms that stopped working for how you actually live
- Additions — more square footage, framed and finished to match the house you already have
- Repairs — weather damage, aging structures, the fix that keeps getting bigger every time someone looks at it
- Project management — one schedule, one point of contact, one crew that answers the phone
- Outdoor living — decks, fences, and exterior improvements built for Oregon weather
- Interior finish work — flooring, trim, and the details that make a remodel feel done
We started as roofers, which shapes how we build everything: from the top down, with weather in mind. A roof replacement, new siding, and an interior remodel don't have to be three different contractors and three different schedules.
The Process
How a Mistletoe project runs.
Walk-through & honest scope
We look at the project with you, ask what matters most, and put a written scope with real numbers in your hands — free.
Permits & planning
We handle Douglas County permits, order materials, and build a schedule you can actually plan your life around.
Build it right
One crew, one point of contact. If we hit a surprise behind the drywall, you hear about it the same day — with options, not excuses.
Walkthrough & wrap-up
Full cleanup, photo documentation, and a final walkthrough. We're not done until you'd recommend us to your neighbor.
Do Your Homework
Verify us — and anyone else you're considering.
Every legitimate Oregon contractor has a CCB license, bond, and insurance you can check in about two minutes. We wrote a short guide on exactly how, because an unlicensed "deal" is the most expensive way to remodel a house.
Questions
General contracting FAQs
What kinds of projects do you handle?
Do you handle permits for remodels and additions?
Yes. We determine what needs a permit, prepare the application, and coordinate inspections with the Douglas County building department. Additions, structural changes, and most significant remodels require permits; small cosmetic work usually doesn't. You shouldn't have to learn the permit code to fix up your own house.
How do estimates work?
Free and in writing. We walk the project with you, then deliver a written scope with labor, materials, and permits broken out — no mystery line items. Larger remodels may take a few days to price accurately because we'd rather quote it right than quote it fast.
Are you licensed for general work, not just roofing?
Yes — Oregon CCB #255729 covers our general contracting work as well as roofing, with the bond and insurance the state requires. You can verify our standing yourself at search.ccb.state.or.us, and our CCB verification guide shows you how. Check any contractor you're considering — including us.
